    Adam Goldenberg

    Co-Founder and CEO

    Adam Goldenberg is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fabletics. Adam is recognized for his successful 20-year track record of building digital-first brands and popularizing DTC membership commerce. Adam first realized his entrepreneurial vision at age 16 when he founded a network of gaming sites, which he sold to Intermix Media in 1999. At the age of 19, Adam was named Intermix Media’s Chief Operating Officer, spearheading the company’s e-commerce operations until Intermix was acquired by News Corp. Following the acquisition, Adam joined forces with longtime collaborator Don Ressler to incubate online marketplaces and digital brands, including Intelligent Beauty and TechStyle Fashion Group, which launched Fabletics in 2013.

    Don Ressler

    Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer

    Don Ressler is Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Fabletics. Don's long history of successful business ventures in eCommerce and the digital fashion industry began with the sale of his business FitnessHeaven.com to MySpace parent company Intermix Media in 1997. From there, Don continued his entrepreneurial journey through the co-founding of a number of startups with Co-Founder Adam Goldenberg, including Alena Media, Hydroderm and Intelligent Beauty, before founding TechStyle Fashion Group in 2010, which launched Fabletics in 2013.

    Meera Bhatia

    Chief Operating Officer

    Meera Bhatia is Chief Operating Officer for Fabletics, managing the company’s in-house operations and technology functions including supply chain, fulfillment, global member services, media, product management, engineering and data analytics. Prior to Fabletics, Meera was the Chief Operating Officer at Stella & Dot, Head of Product Management, Marketing Solutions at LinkedIn and earlier in her career, Senior Director, Global Product at Hotels.com. Meera holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.

    Kelli Dugan

    Chief Merchandising and Design Officer

    Kelli Dugan is Chief Merchandising and Design Officer at Fabletics leading product creation functions including merchandising, design, and planning. Prior to this role, Kelli held leadership roles at leading fashion brands, serving as the SVP of Merchandising for Rag & Bone, Head of Merchandising and Product Strategy at Everlane playing an integral role in the first 5 years of the brand. Earlier in her career Kelli spent 9 years at Gap Inc. working across Banana Republic and Old Navy. Kelli holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo.

    Thorsten Struck

    Chief Financial Officer

    Thorsten Struck is the Chief Financial Officer of Fabletics, overseeing the company’s financial strategy, capital structure, ongoing investment strategy and international business. He joined the company in 2013 as the CFO and COO for TechStyle Fashion Group’s European Business headquartered in Berlin before he became the Global CFO. Thorsten also held Chief Financial Officer roles at leading European e-commerce companies including eBay Spain, the Ricardo Group and mobile.de, Germany’s largest online vehicle marketplace as well as worked at Dresdner Bank (now known as Commerzbank) earlier in his career. Thorsten holds a Master of Business Administration from the Technical University of Berlin.

    General Counsel

    Matt Fojut is General Counsel of Fabletics, overseeing legal and corporate affairs including commercial transactions, product marketing review, regulatory compliance and intellectual property matters. Matt has worked in Corporate Development for TechStyle Fashion Group and its predecessors for 10+ years, previously working as EVP of Corporate Development & General Counsel at Intelligent Beauty. Prior to Intelligent Beauty, Matt held a number of legal affairs positions at companies like Slingshot Labs, Fox Media and MySpace. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UCLA and a Doctor of Law from Loyola Law School.

    Chief Technology Officer

    Tim Collins is Chief Technology Officer of Fabletics, overseeing the company’s technical strategy, infrastructure and enterprise membership commerce software suite.. Prior to joining Fabletics, Tim was Founder and CTO of RateVoice – a leading provider of product ratings, reviews and other social commerce technologies. Prior to RateVoice, Tim was CTO and Founder of Ecommerce Innovations and served as Director of Technology at Intermix Media.

    Ryan Heller is Chief Marketing Officer of Fabletics, overseeing the creative, marketing, media and acquisition, CRM, brand partnerships & PR teams. Prior to Fabletics, Ryan led customer acquisition for Savage X Fenty, and before that, worked in brand marketing and media for 10+ years at TechStyle Fashion Group and its predecessors including Intelligent Beauty.

    Ginger Ressler is an athlete, a working mom of four, and Fabletics’ Co-Founder. From her early D1 athletic career through her current passion for fitness, Ginger’s mission is to empower all women to lead an active lifestyle — her personal focus on fitness, health and fashion have become the guiding brand principles at Fabletics. Ginger believes that activewear should be affordable, comfortable, and designed for every body… all while providing amazing quality at affordable prices.

    Day to day, Ginger leads the charge for constant brand innovation. She works hand-in-hand with our product design team on all product launches, has an ear-to-the-ground relationship with our VIPs — always listening to their feedback and putting our customers first — and works closely with our marketing team to bring compelling product stories to life.

    Kristen Dykstra

    President, Yitty

    Kristen Dykstra is President of Yitty, leading business development and category expansion within the company. Prior to this role, Kristen served as CMO of Fabletics for over four years and held a number of leadership positions at iconic fashion brands, serving as Chief Marketing Officer of Charming Charlie, HALSTON, Ann Taylor and Kenneth Cole Productions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Dykstra spent 11 years at BCBG Max Azria Group where she served as SVP of Global Marketing for four years and played an integral role in scaling the company from $250M to over $2B. Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in business and communications from the University of San Diego.

    Senior Vice President, Head of Retail

    Ron Harries is Senior Vice President, Head of Retail for Fabletics overseeing the company’s retail strategy, expansion and in-store experience. Prior to joining Fabletics, Ron was Division Vice President for HHGregg, an Indianapolis-based electronics and home appliance retailer. Before that, Ron spent 24 years at Sears Holding Corporation in a number of roles, including Regional Director of Stores.

    Ariel Stoddard

    Senior Vice President, Fabletics Men

    Ariel Stoddard is Senior Vice President of the Men's line at Fabletics, overseeing all cross-channel marketing, creative and growth initiatives in addition to driving the strategic direction and performance of the category. Overseeing the launch of the Fabletics Men's line in April 2020, Ariel comes to Fabletics from the LA office of global consulting firm Bain & Company. Ariel holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management.

    Managing Director, EU

    Gerrit Mueller is Managing Director of Fabletics’ European Operations, managing the expansion of Fabletics across the continent. Prior to joining Fabletics, Gerrit was CEO and GM International for MyHammer AG in Germany. Before MyHammer, Gerrit served as a Senior Director at Yahoo! in London, England. Earlier in his career, Gerrit founded his own mobile startup, Icon Impact GmbH, which today is part of the worldwide WPP ad network. Gerrit started his career at eBay in Germany in multiple product management functions. Gerrit holds an engineering degree from The Technical University of Berlin.

    George Kilroy is Senior Vice President of Fabletics’ Global People Team, overseeing talent management, human resources, learning & development, total rewards and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Fabletics, George was Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruiting at Beachbody. Before BeachBody, George held a number of talent acquisition roles at Yahoo!, TEKsystems and Outsource. George holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Delaware.

    Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion

    Jerry Sawyer is Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at Fabletics, responsible for leading the company’s global D&I strategy as well as implementing and overseeing initiatives designed to foster a supportive culture across the company. Prior to joining Fabletics, Jerry held a key role in the sports marketing department of Nike, and was most recently Chief of Staff to Kobe Bryant within Kobe, Inc. Jerry holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from San Diego State University.
